Pro Bono Work

Music Education has given our founder far more than a career - it has provided purpose, community, and some of the most meaningful experiences of her life. Because of this, it is important to Encore Consulting that a portion of its work remains accessible to schools and educators who may not have the financial resources to bring in outside clinicians or adjudicators.

Each year, Encore Consulting reserves a limited number of pro bono engagements for orchestra programs that could benefit from additional support but may not have the budget to make it possible. These opportunities may include clinics, mentorship conversations, classroom visits, professional guidance for new directors, or other meaningful experiences designed to support both students and educators.

Pro bono opportunities are intended primarily for programs with genuine financial limitations, and priority is given to schools and educators serving students with limited access to outside resources.

Schools or educators who believe their program may be a good fit for a pro bono engagement are encouraged to reach out through the consultation form and share a brief description of their program and the type of support that would be most helpful.

While Encore Consulting would love to say yes to every request, pro bono availability is intentionally limited each year. Requests are considered individually based on scheduling, program needs, and the potential impact on students and educators.
